What do we do when we keep doing what we don't want to do? With messages of holiness and righteousness filling many of our stereos and stages, it is easy to feel hopeless to attain the level of sainthood that is spoken of without falling into the trap of behavior modification, completely forgoing the beautiful work of heart transformation in the process. And yet, here we are. Putting new paint on old barns, praying that no one will notice. Battling through the weight of this disembodied experience, many choose, instead, to simply walk away. To give up on the idea of an "abundant life" with all of the joy and peace that Jesus promised.
