The Readings e-gift card is the perfect gift for friends, family and colleagues, and they can be used to purchase any item in Readings shops and on our website.

If you ordered with a Microsoft Outlook email and haven't received your gift card via email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't locate your digital gift card, contact our web order team via [email protected] or call 03 9341 7729 and they will assist you as soon as possible during business hours. If you urgently need support over the weekend, you can contact one of our shops.

Purchasing your e-gift card
When you purchase an e-gift card, it will be automatically emailed to you. Once an e-gift card is received via email, you can send it on to a recipient’s email at any time. It can be used online or printed off to use in one of our shops. All gift cards are valid for three years from their date of issue.
Redeeming your e-gift card
When redeeming online, simply enter the number of your e-gift card into the ‘gift card code’ field during checkout.
Please note: the process is the same for redeeming physical gift cards online.
Additional information about your e-gift card
The e-gift card is sent as a HTML email. You will need to allow images to download on your email in order to view all the details. Additionally, if you are purchasing multiple e-gift cards, each one will be sent to you as an individual email.
If your e-gift card has not arrived in your inbox within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your junk, spam or promotional folders. If untraceable, please contact our web order team via [email protected] or call 03 9341 7729.
