An experienced hunter and tracker is recruited against his will by a wealthy and powerful family to find an elusive animal for their private sanctuary, located on a remote island in the South Pacific. The problem is that the animal is thought to only exist in legend. If the hunter is successful, he is promised riches beyond his wildest dreams. If not, the hunter might pay with his life. Throughout his journey, the hunter faces several dangers and challenges as he attempts to find the legendary and reclusive creatures known as The Night People.
