Mrs. Eleanora Hensworthy has been invited to participate in another exciting opportunity in interdimensional commerce! She has teamed up once again with her good friend Brobding Measelfort, one of the most congenial Measeloots one could hope to meet (nothwithstanding his large bug-like appearance). Brobding, in turn, has engaged with the somewhat-less-than-scrupulous Dearlotin Farpelmop, the brilliant Kinglorf who happens to resemble a Great Dane (with a few extra arms). This time around, Mrs. Hensworthy's extraterrestrial pals are planning to offer Biepal, a rather unusual beverage, to those beings we commonly refer to as humans, and for the most part, the humans are all for it. Until, that is, they start to experience a certain truly extraordinary side effect!

Suddenly, Biepal is getting an awful lot of attention from two particular groups, who just can't pass up a prime opportunity to meddle: If there's a regulation to be written, the world's governments will get involved. If there's a profit to be made, the world's industries will jump on board!
