Rock Bottom

Life is full of regular floods and flash floods. One slowly rises around your feet and threatens to float you away. The other unexpectantly crashes down and destroys you. One you have time to prepare for, the other you just hope to survive. As Jason Keddy and his wife Sandra prepared to become special needs parents, he could see the regular flood coming. But after Ashton's birth, when Jason was told he would only be a special needs father for less than a year, the flash flood nearly took him out.

Just as God halted the ancient Israelites' forward progress so they could go back to gather stones from the flood waters of the Jordan and build a memorial of what God had done for them, God required the same from Jason. To go forward, he would first have to go back where the floods of his life had occurred.
