RTB: Return To Base! You are about to read a collection of direct and indirect experiences along with events I have witnessed over the past 35 years. Why would it interest you? Because it's funny. It's the world seen through the eyes of an Aerospace Engineer and not just an Aerospace Engineer, but a Flight Test Engineer that later became a Program Manager. So, imagine if you can, someone that spent four years training to be an objective analyst and allowed their imagination to wither away (the Engineer part), then developed a cynical, sardonic, edge to their personality with a dark sense of humor and an ability to notice things that most people can't (the Flight Test part) and finally assimilate to the "dark side" of the Aerospace program management.
