A Whirlwind of Loss and Ruin

Twenty-three year old Aella Clarke suffers from sleep paralysis. Her daily struggles of wanting to be a normal adult, alongside coping with her condition, are short-lived when a being from another realm visits her during one of her episodes. Soon after, she learns that this burden she has been carrying most of her life is, in fact, a gift with the ability to open portals into other realms.

The battle has just begun with both internal and external forces, however. The pressure to hone in on suppressing such a gift, preventing another war between the realms, and choosing to love herself above all is just the tip of the iceberg. Thrown into unveiling her true purpose paves a spellbinding journey that doesn't come without any consequence. The natural order of things has been corrupted long before her birth, and it is up to Aella to save the realms from a fate far worse than what has been told.
