As a nurse since 2000, I have watched nurses provide exceptional care to others while neglecting their own needs. When I asked my fellow nurses why they struggled with this, I received responses ranging from guilt to financial concerns, time constraints, and a simple lack of knowledge. The Restored Nurse sets out to address these barriers and more. This book also explores my journey to start taking better care of my entire life and, more importantly, provides you with the tools you need to do the same in your own life.
