Wendy was a fool to leave the Neverland. She had her regrets, to be sure. Time and again, she let Peter take her offspring to Neverland. But what if, one time, they do not return?

How could an old woman, alone and without fairy dust or happy thoughts to carry her, find a way back to Neverland to rescue Peter and the child?

She would need some help.

Enter Alice Liddell, late of Wonderland, and Dorothy Gale, of Oz.

Two quite different heroines, each with a unique understanding of how to navigate through the fantastic, based on contrasting experiences, and their own regrets.

In Oz, true and good friends surround Dorothy. No actual harm ever comes to them, despite many dangers. But what if something happens and Dorothy fails to save a friend?

Alice had some rather strange and not always pleasant experiences. The Looking Glass and Wonderland's creatures were mad, confusing, and often dangerous. Alice acted impulsively, and without much thought. Can she be redeemed? These three come together, and must become a team, revisit each of their lands, face unfinished business and ultimately solve the mystery of what has happened to Peter and Wendy's granddaughter.
