After three years of living with her parents because of her divorce, Linda Sabre and her thirteen-year-old daughter Amy, finally move into a modest, but quaint home of their own. It's located in a quiet, older neighborhood, and Linda is very optimistic. Other than the seemingly odd neighbors next-door, all is well and good. Or is it?
