Wayne, also known as El Primo, offers an intimate glimpse into his life. Wayne was constantly being taken across the US/Mexico border to meet members of various Cartels beginning with the Tijuana Cartel, then working closely with Mario Nunez Mesa (The Chief) also known as The Butcher of Durango. According to the Mexican newspapers he was accused of starting the Drug Cartel War which led to 360,00 deaths at that time. This connection eventually led him to become a top executive account leader in the Sinaloa Cartel having direct access to El Chapo the notorious drug kingpin of The Sinaloa Cartel: However, It would be revealed that the real power wasn't with El Chapo it was with the Ole man.
