Flop and his USE (Urban Stock Exchange) organization are thriving on a level that he never imagined. But soon Flop's vision for the organization takes an unexpected backseat as Flop takes a detour back to the federal "hell" he swore he would never fall victim to again. Two of Flop's homies find themselves in the crosshairs of a trigger-happy police officer...while another, was put down like a sick dog by a mad thug they all groomed and spawned.
