There are several instances that I want others to know:

] It is okay to not be okay

] It is okay to be vulnerable

] It is okay to express how one is feeling

There are times and moments when we don't know how to express our feelings in healthy ways. For some of us we were in situations where we suppressed how we felt.

I have been through both. It is a journey I want people to experience, know about, learn, and appreciate through pieces of my life expressed poetically.

If I may express myself, "I feel this will be monumental."

This was orchestrated for anyone who has struggled getting out of their bed. The ones who have been at a point where they struggled to put their best foot forward. For those who have been doubted and overlooked.
