Recovery

Thirty-four years. The exact amount of time I enjoyed life before having confirmed what I long suspected.... there are a few glitches in the programming of my brain. Sadly, this was only discovered through breaking down. Warning signs were overlooked, and sometimes blatantly ignored; and the end result was a lot of quality face time with my carpet, a partial hospitalization, and endless therapy and medication shifts before getting my brain and life back on the rails. This book is an exploration of the highs and lows of mental recovery through prose and poetry and random ramblings.
