Penny is an intelligent girl whose feet never stop tapping and tutu never stops twirling. Ollie spends his days outside except when he's practicing his ninja moves on his older sister. Ollie is not the perfect provider for them but, he learns who the perfect Provider is from the book of Nehemiah.
