Rina has a secret: her online comic, Lazy Beans, has become an internet sensation. When she finally scores her first table at a comic convention, Rina's excitement turns to dread. What if her gorgeous coworker Cisco, who's a huge fan of Lazy Beans, recognizes her? No one at work knows about her comic alter ego, and she's terrified of what it might mean for her budding career as an AI engineer.

Luckily, Rina has Audra, her steadfast friend, who takes the reins at the convention table when Rina's anxiety threatens to overwhelm her. Just as Rina thinks she has her world figured out, Audra meets Cisco's friend Mandy at a tabletop RPG game (that Cisco may have dragged Mandy to). Sparks fly over the game and between friends and potential romances.
