Texas Angel Part 2 is a reflection of the life of a very special woman who died tragically in an accident and the essential lessons learned. These lessons are applicable to anyone at any time. I encourage you to enjoy the experience, the stories, the emotions, and the optimistic outlook. A portion of every purchase goes towards the Margie Rector Memorial Scholarship for student majoring in education, nursing, or social work. Thank you for your purchase! We all have someone in our life that we look up to. That may be a teacher, a friend, a family member, or even a parent. For me, it was my mom!
I have enjoyed the foundation that my mother provided. She was my mom, a teacher, a friend, a church member, and a leader in the community. She led by example and touched so many.
This book is a continuation of the lessons learned from observing her actions. They were not written down or scripted along the way, they came about upon reflection and introspection after her passing.
I have found that certain themes have come about that were really modeled from her life, her giving, her service, and her spirit. I discovered that I have been told I honor her themes as well.
I hope you connect with the stories throughout, and the lessons learned. You will laugh, cry, feel love, and loss. But most of all, you will get a sense for what an amazing person she was.
