This book though ostensibly for men would most likely be purchased by women as a shower or bachelorette party gag gift. It looks like a self-help book for grooms written by a psychologist (which it is) written for the prospective groom but it is a likely female purchase for wedding showers, bachelorette, hen parties. It is a hilarious but G-rated alternative to such typical gift items at these events such as lingerie, adult toys and pornographic bakery / candy items which would be inappropriate and unacceptable in wide swaths of the country.
