At Somerset Psychiatric Institution for the Criminally Insane, not everything is as it seems.

Dr. Sylvie Zcieveteveicz, an overly dedicated clinical psychologist who spends her days working in a small forensic psychiatric hospital, is having a bad week. Her patients are uncooperative, her senior colleagues are disapproving of her unusual methods, and her reasons for staying at the hospital are wavering. But while conducting sessions with some of the longer-standing patients, Sylvie begins to uncover secrets about their past - secrets that could threaten to unravel her very reason for being there.

As the doctor investigates the patients' worsening behaviors, the situation at the hospital spirals out of control when staff members begin to disappear, and she finds herself trapped in the psych ward with a mysterious figure who is determined to make sure the patients' secrets remain intact. But Sylvie has a dark secret of her own - one she's kept locked away for years.
