Boys and girls must learn the art of listening. They must respect and even honor cultural differences without compromising their own beliefs. They must be comfortable in allowing others to lead them. They must understand that even though another peer may lead them that it does not minimize the leader within them. The goal of this book is to model global leadership traits through J and Jay and the African children. We want to help other boys and girls to develop cultural awareness, listening skills, and global leadership traits.
