On Arthur's tenth birthday, Father surprises him with a pet bearded dragon they name Chi. But there is a problem. The family does not know how to take care of Chi. After researching bearded dragon care, Arthur soon realizes they have to upgrade Chi's tank setup. The ideal enclosure does not exist. Arthur and Father have to build one.
