Life in the Shadow of Mr. C

Mr. C was a prominent businessman in a small upstate New York Community; he was well known and respected, and larger than life to his small daughter Sandy. Sandy idolized her father, as most little girls do. She loved spending time with him and tried hard to gain his attention and approval. But as she grew, it became clear that would never be possible.

Her head filled with negative thoughts, and the unkind things her dad would say to her; Sandy realized she had to become her own person.

This story chronicles the journey, as Sandy creates a life of success and happiness, and she steps out of the shadow of her father, Mr. C.
