It's the annual Cake and Bake Extravaganza and Penelope Penny's good friend Piere has entered his famous creme puffs. But when the judges get to Pierre's station something strange happens!

What is going on? Is someone trying to sabotage the annual baking contest? Or is the target Pierre? And what about Malovia? Penelope's friends have seen her sneaking around her grandmother's new Bed and Breakfast where the contest is being held.

Penelope, of course, tells her pet bunny Cuddles all about the new mystery, and with a twitch of his pink nose, he is on the case. Can Penelope and Cuddles save the day once again? Or will the Cake and Bake Extravaganza be ruined?
