Shepherds do not pick the grass and feed it to the sheep, they take the sheep to green plush pastures where they can safely graze and get properly nourished. Ministers are to lead the people to God’s pasture where they can receive His food, be filled, and then walk out their purpose as they are led by His Spirit. We are to be a body, unified in the Spirit and one with God, working together to fulfill the purpose of the Body of Christ. Each person understanding what part of the body of Christ they are, their function in and for the body, and submitting to the leading of the Holy Spirit will accomplish this. This will never happen following a man or denomination instead of being led by the Spirit of God.
