It’s been sixteen years since the second Godsend, Kelamo Kame, simultaneously ended a civil war in the Genesian Empire and the First Quadrant War, but the conspiracy that has led to his death now intends to unravel his accomplishments. Another Genesian civil war is in the air and it threatens to divide the other two interstellar superpowers of the Trio Alliance as their enemy, the Aerokian Federation, prepares for war. Without the Godsend, hope is lost…or so it seems. When Chemo Kame, Kelamo’s youngest son, becomes burdened by his father’s memories as well as those of Calliope, the first Godsend, he discovers that he has become the third Godsend.
