Broken Bones and Broken Hearts

Hospitals can seem overwhelming, especially when you're in pain; beeps, whooshes, and intercom calls as nurses and doctors rush the halls. "Broken Bones and Broken Hearts" is a story about the pain we see and the pain we feel. It is also a story about the people who support and protect us, just like a cast, helping with the healing process.

The third book in our Playdate Series, "Broken Bones and Broken Hearts" is the story of Piper and her friend Dani, who just broke her leg! It takes the characters through the hospital experience and helps readers understand what happens when you break a bone, what it's like to wear a cast, and the path toward healing-with some fun adventures along the way.
