This series chronicles the journey of a young boy, from late elementary school through high school, who finds himself unexpectedly enlisted as the assistant to Professor Jackson Skye, an African American ex-military street psychologist. Professor Skye's unorthodox methods challenge the boy to learn problem-solving skills, not only for his own life but for the lives of others he encounters along the way.
