Joseph grew up in the Seattle area, the son of two professional sports parents. His father, a veterinarian, and mother infused with Love, are the place where his efforts were born.

As a serial service agent from the time he worked with his dad, scrubbing into surgery at the age of nine, Joseph then fanned out to explore the world of service (& sales), in an effort to find himself.

Having focused first on service, then slipping into a "money-driven" world of sales, he realized his failures always stemmed from greed.

This book is an effort to adapt and progress beyond the failures, and a prayer that young people can find in this book the power to avoid the pitfalls from an early age.

"Chameleonatomy" is a term he coins, among others. Find your inner chameleon and take this book to heart if you are a person or company or municipality wishing to grow your sales and influence, the right way. This book may be what the world needs at a critical tipping point we all face.

Joseph has a wife and three daughters, six brothers and a sister, hundreds of family members and friends who have helped him become the person he continues to strive to be. It is never over. Our work here on earth lives beyond our lifetimes. Never give up.
