Leon B Wellington, born in Jamaica, attended Frankfield Primary School after being homeschooled by his mother. After completing Jamaica Local Exams, he earned a Bachelor's degree.

Leon's autobiography details his life and work, and reflects his rural upbringing, educational journey and later becoming an influential leader impacting the lives of thousands of individuals.

In retirement, Leon dedicates his time to leading a charity in Jamaica for children with adverse childhood experiences.
