Little “d” Deacons

The tittle to this book may be surprising to many! For most active Church going folks, we normally associate the word deacon to a well-respected beloved individual. We usually would associate the word deacon as an honorary title. Over many years since the formation of deacons in the Book of Acts the word deacon stopped being a descriptor of the job of deacon and increasing became a title, much like aristocratic England. This is an intentional analogy. This was not the case in the early Church. Sadly, many deacons have become titled men rather than servant men. This tittle book is simplified call for God's deacons to rise and discard the title of Deacon and return to the Biblical mandate for deacons. And by their good works establish a framework for God's Revival Fire.
