Wings of Poesy

Today's world is characterized by fear, anxiety, depression, hopelessness, and melancholy. It is surrounded by various kinds of fears - pandemic deaths, fear of war, our existence, and survival. On this backdrop, the only thing that uplifts human beings is PEACE. We need not only outer peace but also inner peace. Literature is the only thing that can provide peace in this new world of chaos.

Since ancient times, literature has worked as a catalyst for peace-making and has been creating the ray of hope when the whole world is deconstructed. The prayers and prose have worked magic on the minds for ages. And it can be done only by literature. The only magic can be done through art and literature to change the world from melancholy to HOPE.

This Conference and Lit Fest is a solemn attempt to meditate on how the urge for peace is presented in various forms of Art and Literature.
