The idea to write came to the author one evening precisely 12 years ago in April 2011, when The Nightmare, the maiden fictional work by the author's elder son Ravi Teja, was published. Ravi, then in his 10th standard at the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ashoknagar, Chennai, became the youngest author in their family. Son became inspiration and teacher to father! And the father slowly started writing on the subject close to his heart - human ethics and values. His modest effort went on for three years.
The gratifying result is Are You Ready to do So?, showcasing 12 articles and 2 real-life stories, covering a broad spectrum of diverse subjects interlaced with an inherent and underlying theme of human orientation. Each article and the real-life story ends with the phrase Are you ready to do so?, which incidentally is again the title of this book...
