Full colour reproduction of the original eighteenth-century manuscript
This brand-new translation is the first since Manley Palmer Hall in the 1930s. It features professionally restored, high-quality colour reproductions of the entire original manuscript held at the Library of Troyes, France. The library and the Institute de Recherche et d'Histoire des Textes, a division of the CNRS, have permission to publish this edition.
In addition to containing a complete full-colour reproduction of the entire manuscript for the first time, the translator provides a comprehensive Introduction in which he explores the similarities between the Trinosophia and the Egyptian Books of the Dead.
A new translation of the work follows the manuscript, using this opportunity to provide close-up images of the key illustrations. This lavishly illustrated, full-colour hardback book is reproduced on premium paper.
The book features a foreword by Piers A. Vaughan.
