Danny and Kay Orlis were selected to be foster parents to Kent and Jill Gilbert because their own parents have not treated them properly. When Danny and Kay went to the agency to pick them up and take them to their home, Jill was scared, and Kent was defiant. Danny and Kay realized that their hands would be full.
