The third child of ten children born to The Late Rev. Thomas Sidney and Florine Canteen Lance. Choppee High School graduate 1967. Moved to New York and joined the United States Army, 1969, E5 Rank in less than three years. "HONORABLY DISCHARGED". Attended Bronx Community College, Mercy College, College of New Rochelle Undergraduate and Graduate College. Graduated with Master of Science, 1995. Moved back to South Carolina, attended Webster University. With only 6 credits from a second Master Degree, I suffered three car accidents rendering me disabled.
