USAF pilot Todd Stewart has been offered an amazing opportunity: an exchange tour with the Dutch Air Force. Though his new assignment puts an ocean between him and Lizzie Campbell, the British nurse he's fallen madly in love with, he's certain they'll find a way to be together again.
