With an eighth-grade education, my parents taught me the greatest lessons in life with their common folk wisdom, faith in God, and deep love for everyone. My journey to business success wasn't typical. My path was narrower and had a few more bumps, but it was the work ethics and values of my blue-collar roots that helped me reach top executive levels.
