Trixie Brackett (Woods) is starting her third term at Englewood, and the Ministry is still punishing her, using her special powers as an excuse.

Determined to have a good year, Trixie sets out to prove she's not a threat to the Wizarding and Muggle worlds, while also accepting a dangerous assignment from Professor Rosenwood.
