Frank was born and raised in the Hat City of Danbury, CT, where he still makes his home. For over twenty years Frank was a columnist for the local newspaper, The Danbury News Times. Frank earned a BA from Western CT State University, where he majored in literature. A previous book, Three Short Stories is available on Amazon.
