Author, Laura Kiehner, spent her childhood summers on the island, where her days were packed with fun and adventure.

Illustrator, Fran Brown, fell in love with the beauty of the island, and her whimsical drawings reflect its charm and delight.

Fran and Laura are grateful their children grew up as friends, like the ones in this story, on our magical island.
