My husband and I woke up to discover we were a year from retirement. This book is a collection of six years of weird and wonderful anecdotes beginning with the purchase of our first motor home. We were Snowbirds . . . we hit the road . . . sometimes the road hit back!

Kathy Hoffman was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, with her six brothers. She has a BS in Mathematics and enjoyed a 28-year career as an engineer with the Bonneville Power Administration. She later volunteered as a math tutor, and then went on to sell and service insurance policies with husband in his Vancouver, Washington, State Farm Agency ... but her passion is, and has always been, laughter.
