A spoiled cat, Pumpkin, tells a story about two dogs who came to live with her, ruining her quiet life and tidy house. The dogs, Betsy and Barkey, became great friends and played roughly every day until something terrible seemed to be happening to Barkey's legs. Everyone was concerned, but then a wonderful solution was found. And ultimately Pumpkin has a change of heart.
