Author Bio-
I am a native Texan who chased a career to New York and returned to Texas after 12 years. I spent over 30 successful years in a lucrative, yet challenging career as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer. In March 2020, I decided to retire and began to focus on my true life's passion, the Arts. I literally underwent a lifestyle transformation. Metaphorically speaking, I gave up handcuffs, guns and uniforms for pens, pencils, paper and sketchpads. I love animals and am very empathetic towards them. Mainly, I enjoy reading, writing, sketching, drawing, painting, and crafting. I reside in Harlingen, a small town in South Texas known as the Rio Grande Valley. This region is known for its beautiful beach, South Padre Island which is located along the Gulf of Mexico.
Naturally, I am following my passion, authoring literary works and creating visual art. Most importantly, as a writer and illustrator, I am now living my best life.
