Will Captain Artie Stewart and his team be able to carry on when left to their own devices? Ed Koch is a retired CPA/Tax Attorney who resides in New Jersey. He competed on championship teams in high school and college. Since then, he has officiated at all levels of the sport including the 1996 Olympic Games. He served during 2000-2008 as Treasurer of USA Track & Field, the National Governing Body of the sport. In 2013, he was inducted in the National Track & Field Officials Hall of Fame
