Finally, the title of this book, "Get Off Your Do Nothing Stool ..." originated during the time I lived in the country as addressed in chapter 3. A wife with a loud strong voice yells at her husband "Get Off Your Do Nothing Stool and Milk the Cows!" This experience reminds me of a biblical principle I was taught and attempt to practice regardless of the obstacles: "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest"; Ecclesiastes 9:10.
Thus, the title of this book evolved in my mind: "Get Off Your Do Nothing Stool!"
