Search for the Signet

In 1982, on the Louisiana plantation L'Enfant Haven, twenty-five-year-old Orion Labauve discovers his extraordinary ability to control ghosts and other supernatural beings. With his best friend Cyrus, a 169-year-old ghost, Orion uncovers his grandmother's dangerous obsession with the Labauve signet, a powerful artifact. The Voodoo Imperatrice, determined to seize this power, kidnaps Orion and has him possessed by Rose, the Voodoo priestess who cursed the plantation and the signet. Under Rose's control, Orion is subjected to relentless torment, teetering on the edge of insanity as she ransacks the mansion in her frantic search.

With the help of Cyrus and his ghostly family, Orion manages to expel Rose. Yet, the Spirit God's warning looms: they must help "his boy" break the curse and face the Voodoo Imperatrice. Orion is transported to the Spirit Realm, where he learns to harness his unique powers. In a dream, his mother directs him to his father's grave, where his grandfather's spirit reveals vital information about the signet's location.

As Orion uncovers the truth, the Voodoo Imperatrice senses his progress and rushes to L'Enfant Haven. The stakes skyrocket as Orion must confront his grandmother's potent Voodoo magic to prevent her from obtaining the signet. Failure means not only the destruction of his ghostly allies but also the enslavement of his powers and the loss of his sanity. Orion must risk everything, including his life, to protect his family and end the curse forever.
