To help you understand your gifting, calling, and the character formation process requisite for effective operation. To assist you in developing a blueprint or operational template to implement your ministry. Activating your gifting, arouse your calling and provide a safe environment to practice your abilities. In the end you will be commissioned to go forth in power and authority of the Holy Spirit to fulfill your calling.
