Teen Beauty Magic

This workbook for preteens and teens is designed to help teens realize their self-worth, consider their self-respect, and boost their confidence while navigating the crazy world of beauty. It is becoming increasingly more difficult for teens to find reliable, positive beauty information amidst social media's negativity and industry messaging. Teens will find this workbook inspiring, uplifting, and informative! Part one of the workbook dives into activities like making a gratitude list, taking social media breaks, and developing affirmation practices. Part two shares in-depth definitions of skin care items and suggested routines, makeup products, and links to additional resources. "Teen Beauty Magic" was written for any teen to easily understand and relate to, so young people everywhere will feel like they're talking to a cool, older sister. TBM also understands the challenges parents may have with their teens, whether they already love skincare and makeup or have no interest in personal hygiene whatsoever. The hope is that this workbook connects to all teens and inspires them to care for themselves in the most positive ways.
