A little over a year ago, Joey Finch moved back to her small hometown of Prairie Creek for a second chance at happiness. Now autumn has arrived and harvest is in full swing. As the magical season of crisp air, changing leaves, and pumpkin spice envelopes the little town, she has her hands full running her new coffee shop, Prairie Jo's, co-chairing the upcoming Fall Festival, and working on the fixer-upper cottage she now calls home.

When Joey first returned to Prairie Creek, she wasn't looking for love. After all, she was still picking up the pieces of her life that had fallen apart back in Boston. Now, she can no longer deny the sparks flying between her and her high school sweetheart, Matt. But when an unexpected event causes her to question everything, she's torn between playing it safe and following her heart.
