The PROBLEM: There is no growth in African American entrepreneurship growth in the Management of Companies & Enterprise (MCE) business sector in a 5-year study. There are low Black entrepreneurship participation rates in the MCE business sector and other high revenue-generating industries compared to other non-ethnic and ethnic groups.

The PURPOSE: Determine if certain executive leadership skills exist for Black entrepreneurs or identify a Unique Executive Leadership Skillset (UELS).

The SIGNIFICANCE: Assist with reducing large disparities with other ethnic and non-ethnic groups with the servant leadership style.

CONCLUSION: Main executive leadership skills are discovered with cultural and external factors and servant leadership.
